The X came to us with a challenge: their offering broke the mold of a traditional gym, but their brand didn’t reflect it. Strong methodology and proven results were getting lost behind unclear messaging and an underperforming website.

We rebuilt the brand from the ground up, centering it on a clear point of view—define The X by what it is not. Not a big-box franchise. Not driven by volume or gimmicks. Not designed for the masses.

By collaborating with the local community, we developed messaging that felt grounded, honest, and differentiated. The final identity positions The X as a modern, intentional alternative—one that stands apart by design.
