Red Envelope
Coffees
What do you get when you combine Chinese New Year celebrations, locally roasted coffee beans, and adopted pitbulls? A uniquely charming challenge.
Donna came to us with a dream, a name, and a story worth telling. Red Envelope Coffees was born from the intersection of her Chinese heritage — the red envelopes of luck and celebration that mark life's most meaningful moments — and her love for her two rescued pitbulls, Addie and Kinzie, who inspired the brand's heart from the very beginning. She was launching a mobile coffee business and she needed more than a logo. She needed a brand that felt like her.
Before I opened a single design file, I listened. I learned about the red envelopes and what they meant to her family. I learned about Addie and Kinzie. I learned about the kind of coffee experience she wanted people to have when they pulled up to her truck — warm, personal, and completely unlike anything else. That understanding became the foundation for every design decision that followed.
The brand built for Donna spans a full visual identity, custom illustration, print materials, copywriting, and a complete Wix website with e-commerce — designed and developed from concept through launch. Every element was chosen to make someone feel something before they ever tasted the coffee. Design is not always about deliverables. It is about connection.
